LAB-1350 Layer bag slitter
The working process of this automatic bag emptying machine:after one pallet of sacks put into the machine, the bag catching device inside the machine will descend to catch top layer of sacks from the pallet layer by layer, and carry the sacks forward inside the machine, during the moving process, a row of blades cut open the bags from the bottom, the emptying device will shake to clean out the material thoroughly from the bag above the hopper, in the end the empty bags will be collected and extruded out by the empty bag compactor. For normal LAB-1350 standard model bag emptying machine, the capacity can reach to 650bags/hour, and it can be accelerated to 750bags/hour by the using servo motor at the same time with high emptying rate.Download LAB-1350 brochure to get details

STAB-850 Small bag slitter
The working process of this automatic bag emptying machine: the belt conveyor sends the bag into inner part of the small bag slitter, then the internal bag catching device grab and carry the bag to other side of the machine, during the moving process, one piece of blade cut open the bag from the bottom, the material falls into the hopper by gravity, the bag emptying device imitating human movement to shake the bag to empty the material out of the bag thoroughly, in the end the empty bag to be automatically collected and extruded out by the empty bag compactor.
